A friend of mine sent me a message and it went like this: “I need yoga for people who really have never yoga’d, but now find themselves with an unexpected desk job and their backs are like (insert your choice of wording here).”
Well, here you go! This is intended to serve as a break, and it is what I tried to do during my super short lunch break while drinking a protein shake, answering emails, and remembering to breathe. This is a little slower than I would do it if on my own.
You will start out seated and then standing. Remember- you are always in control over what you decide to do in any body movement activity.
